In John chapter 4, we are told that “true worshipers will worship God in spirit and truth”… accuracy in the truth of God’s word, coupled with complete abandonment (heart, soul, mind, and strength) to Him. After more than 20 years of ministry, Kyle remains convinced that the life of worship within our churches must be authentically balanced in “spirit and truth”.
Kyle and his wife Nicole were raised in Southern California, under the teaching ministry of John MacArthur. Serving in leadership within the high school and college ministries at Grace Community Church provided incredible opportunities for Kyle to develop his spiritual and musical gifts. As a part of these ministries, he was able to travel throughout the country sharing the truth of God’s word through music. In 1996, Kyle and Nicole moved to Nashville to pursue a career in the Christian music industry. For the next few years, however, God continued to redirect Kyle’s passion and talents back into the “local church”, where he had been given numerous opportunities to serve and grow in leading praise and worship. In 2003, God moved his family to Denver, where Kyle was able to consistently lead in the church…calling families to authentically worship in “spirit and truth”.
Kyle and his family were part of Harvest Bible Chapel prior to its “launch”, and he joined the staff full-time in August 2011.
Kyle and Nicole have three sons – Beaumont (15), Beck (11), and Brody (9).
