Harvest Denver is partnering with Harvest Houston to help with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. We are coming alongside our brothers and sisters in the following ways:
- PRAYING - ask the Lord to advance His Kingdom through the body of Christ in Houston. We are praying for comfort, encouragement, and for provision from the Lord for the vast needs that have resulted from this tragedy. We are praying that the Lord will be glorified through this time and that many will be drawn to Him.
- GIVING - funds received will be forwarded to Harvest Houston who will manage relief efforts there locally in the areas surrounding their church. Checks can be made payable to Harvest Bible Chapel and put in the offering. Be sure to include "Hurricane Harvey" in the memo line. Gifts can be made online here.
- GOING - we will be in contact with Harvest Houston and as they have people needs that we as a church can help with, we will make those known and will send people/teams as appropriate. If you are interested in going to Houston, please email Pastor Mark DeNooy here.
COMPASSION WEEK 2017 IS COMING!
Do you have a HEART FOR THE LOST in the city of Denver?
Do you have a HEART TO SERVE the lost in Denver?
Do you have a HEART TO SEEK OUT the lost in Denver?
Do you have a HEART TO LOVE the lost in Denver?
Do you have a HEART TO GET CONNECTED to ministries who reach out to the lost in Denver?
We invite you to be a part of our next Compassion Week in the fall of 2017. This week gives great opportunities to serve with others at Harvest to show the love of Christ throughout Denver.
Details on ministry opportunities and how to be involved are coming soon. For now, if you have any questions or want to be involved, please email Englewood Campus Pastor, Mark Denooy.
If you want to just dive in and get involved somewhere for now, we suggest you reach out and see out how you can get involved and make a difference through one of the different ministries below. We work with many local ministries that have a desire to reach out, in the name of Jesus, and touch and serve the hearts of the lost in our city. These are primarily "inner city" organizations that reach out to love and share Jesus to those that the rest of the world usually ignores and overlooks.
